1. Registrierung/Teilnahme
Für die Teilnahme an der Verlosung (Gewinnspiel) ist eine Registrierung auf https://spendensportchallenge-fmk-uganda.de mit Namen oder Pseudonym sowie die Angabe der Emailadresse erforderlich.
2. Sonstige Bedingungen der Teilnahme
Die Teilnahme ist nur per Internet möglich. Durch die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel erklärt der Teilnehmer sein Einverständnis mit den Regeln des Gewinnspiels. Die Teilnahme ist innerhalb der im Gewinnspiel angegebenen Zeiten möglich.
3. Gewinnermittlung & Teilnahmefrist
Das Gewinnspiel läuft von 10.09.2022 bis 01.10.2022. Die Gewinner*innen werden per Zufallsziehung ermittelt.
4. Gewinn
Insgesamt werden 25 Sachpreise vergeben. Am Ende des Zeitraumes werden in einer Zufallsziehung alle Sachpreise verlost. Die Gewinner*innen werden innerhalb von zwei Wochen nach der Auslosung verständigt.
5. Benachrichtigung der Gewinner*innen
Die Gewinner*innen werden per E-Mail benachrichtigt und/oder angerufen.
6. Rückmeldefrist und Anspruchsverlust
Wenn sich der/die Gewinner*in nicht innerhalb von 7 Tagen ab der Benachrichtigung zurückmeldet, verliert er/sie jeglichen Gewinnanspruch.
7. Übermittlung der Gewinne
Die Gewinne werden entweder persönlich übergeben oder an die postalische Adresse oder versendet.
8. Beendigungsmöglichkeiten
FMK Uganda e.V. behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung abbrechen oder beenden zu können. Dies gilt insbesondere, wenn das Gewinnspiel aus irgendwelchen Gründen nicht planmäßig laufen kann, so etwa bei Fehlern der Soft- und/oder Hardware und/oder aus sonstigen technischen und/oder rechtlichen Gründen, welche die Verwaltung, die Sicherheit, die Integrität und/oder reguläre und ordnungsgemäße Durchführung des Gewinnspiels beeinflussen. In solchen Fällen hat FMK Uganda e.V. zudem das Recht, das Gewinnspiel nach seinem Ermessen zu modifizieren.
9. Datenschutz
Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel willigt der/die Teilnehmer*in in die Erhebung und Verwendung der E-Mail-Adresse, und im Falle des Gewinns, der postalischen Adresse ein. FMK Uganda e.V. erhebt, speichert und verarbeitet diese personenbezogenen Daten zur Durchführung und Abwicklung des Gewinnspiels und um den/die Teilnehmer*in im Falle eines Gewinns zu benachrichtigen. Eine Weitergabe der Daten an Dritte findet nicht statt. Der/Die Teilnehmer*in kann die Einwilligungen jederzeit durch Nachricht an FMK Uganda e.V. widerrufen. Die Daten werden anschließend gelöscht.
10. Rechtsweg und Haftung
Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen. Es besteht kein einklagbarer Anspruch auf die Auszahlung der Gewinne. FMK Uganda e.V. haftet nicht für den Verlust, die Verspätung, die Verzögerung, die Veränderung, die Manipulation und/oder die Fehlleitung von E-Mails und/oder Daten bei der Dateneingabe, – erfassung, -übertragung und/oder -speicherung, welche ihre Ursache in fremden Datennetzen, insbesondere dem Internet bzw. dem WWW, in fremden Telefonleitungen und/oder anderer Hard- und/oder Software der Teilnehmer und/oder Dritter haben; dies betrifft insbesondere auch fehlerhafte, fehlende, unterbrochene, gelöschte oder defekte Daten.
Im Übrigen haftet FMK Uganda nur für grobe Fahrlässigkeit oder vorsätzliches Handeln seiner gesetzlichen Vertreter oder Erfüllungsgehilfen. FMK Uganda e.V. haftet weiter nicht für Schäden, die dem Gewinner oder Angehörigen des Gewinners in Zusammenhang mit dem Gewinn widerfahren. Der vorstehende Haftungsausschluss gilt nicht, soweit zwingend gehaftet wird, z.B. in Fällen des Vorsatzes, der groben Fahrlässigkeit, wegen der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit oder wegen der Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten.
11. Salvatorische Klausel
Sollte eine Bestimmung der Teilnahmebedingungen unwirksam sein oder werden, so bleibt die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen hiervon unberührt. Veranstalter und Teilnehmer sind in einem solchen Falle verpflichtet, an der Schaffung von Bestimmungen mitzuwirken, durch die ein der unwirksamen Bestimmung wirtschaftlich möglichst nahekommendes Ergebnis erzielt wird.

2. Other conditions of participation
Registration is only possible via Internet. By participating in the competition, the contestants agree to the rules of the competition. Participation is only possible within the scheduled time-period of the competition.
3. Winner determination & participation period
The competition is scheduled to take place from 10.09.2022 to 01.10.2022. The winners will be determined by random drawing.
4. Prizes
A total of 25 non-cash prizes will be awarded. At the end of the period, a random drawing of all prizes in kind will take place. The winners will be informed within two weeks after the draw.
5. Notification of the winners
The winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone.
6. Deadline for feedback and loss of entitlement
If the winner does not claim his /her prize within 7 days of notification, the he/she will not be sent any reminder (s) and loses any claim for profit.
7. Transfer of profits
The prizes will either be handed over in person or delivered by Email or mailed to the postal address.
8. Termination options
FMK Uganda e.V. reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. This applies in particular if the competition cannot take place as planned for any reason, such as errors in the software and/or hardware and/or for other technical and/or legal reasons that influence the management, security, integrity, and/or regular and proper execution of the competition. In such cases, FMK Uganda e.V. also has the right to modify the competition at its discretion.
9. Data Privacy
By participating in the competition, the participant consents to the saving and use of personal data incl. e-mail address, and, in case of winning, also the postal address. FMK Uganda e.V. saves and uses this personal data for the purposes of execution of the competition as well as for the notification of the participants in case of a win. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The participant can revoke his/her consent at any time by sending a message to FMK Uganda e.V. The data will then be deleted.
10. Legal redress and liability
Legal action is ruled out. There is no legally enforceable right to the prizes. 11. Severability clause
If individual provisions should be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions of participation. In such a case, organizers and participants are obliged to participate in the establishment of provisions that achieve a result as economically and as close as possible to the invalid provision.
